Maison Martin Margiela with H&M
Maison Martin Margiela’s full collection for H&M is arriving (worldwide) to stores today. I was privileged enough to be invited last week to appreciate the full collection at the H&M showroom. I fell in love with the collaboration, I mean I have seen the pieces online but is more exciting to finally appreciate them in ‘real life’; my favorite pieces are -of course- the shoes and boots with the acrylic heel and the leather jacket. The “two in one” horizontal dress is also one of my ‘top picks’ of the collection. This tuesday I attended the pre-sale of the collection, and I just can tell you that I went crazy... I think I bought almost everything: I need shopping rehab...
The clothing and accessories have the classic signature style of the brand with the H&M spirit... so you have quality and avant garde -oversized and deconstructed- pieces at an accessible price: winning combo!
So if you are a MMM fan (or not) and you don't have thousands of dollars to spend on the original pieces of the brand... run to the H&M stores because items are literally flying away!

La colección completa de Maison Martin Margiela para H&M llega a todas las tiendas del mundo el día de hoy. Me siento muy privilegiada porque la semana pasada me invitaron al showroom de H&M para ser una de las primeras en poder apreciar la colección completa. Me enamoré de la colaboración, digo, ya había visto las prendas en internet pero no es lo mismo que verlas ya en vivo; mis piezas favoritas son -por supuesto- los zapatos y botas con tacón de acrílico y la chamarra negra de piel. Otro must en mi lista es el “doble vestido” horizontal. Por cierto, el martes también me invitaron a la pre-venta exclusiva de la colección y qué les puedo decir... me volví loca y casi me compré la mitad de la colección ¡necesito en calidad de urgente un shopping rehab!
Tanto la ropa como los accesorios tienen el sello clásico de la marca con el espírtu de H&M... así que pueden encontrar piezas avant garde -grandes y deconstruidas- a un precio accesible ¡combo ganador!
Si son fans de MMM (o no..) y no tienen miles de dólares para comprar las piezas originales de la marca... corran hoy a las tiendas de H&M porque literal, todo está volando.
