Spring is finally here and I’m really, really happy with the amazing weather we are enjoying in Mexico City. I love to wear short skirts and dresses, sleeveless blouses and sandals! Today the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Mexico began, so I will have a exciting and busy week... I have to start this post by making two huge statements: first, it was a triumph to find this pair of shoes (they were the only pair at the store destined to the mannequin displayed at the apparel); Second, I don’t know how I will wear this beauties, but I knew I had to own them. While I was in NYC I didn’t have much time to shop nor visit the city, but I knew that the minute I had some spare time I had to look for the Prada "flame" shoes I saw on the SS12 runway. They are statement shoes, I mean -just to start- they have green flaming heels. Of course it will get tricky when I wear them (they are definitely eye catching) but as a “shoe collector” I am (it´s my new nickname so I don’t feel such a shoe freak) I knew I had to own them (insert your “you have to go to therapy comment” here) Who else can manage to combine in a successful way cars, sweetness, flaming heels, ladylike dressing  and jewlery in a women’s collection other than Miuccia Prada?
