What a better way to start summer than with a vibrant and colorful makeup? NARS -as always- has the best options for these hot days. I was invited to the presentation of the summer collection a few weeks ago; it included a mini makeup class, so it was quite dinamic. Julio Sandino international makeup artist gave us all sort of tips to achieve a fresh look. At the end of the session we were able to ask him some questions, so I asked him: how to reduce bags under the eyes? (from which I suffer a lot btw) his answer was to drink a lot of water, sleep well (not so easy for me, though!) reduce the salt consumption and if you have an important event you can use pile cream under the eyes to reduce the swelling...
