I don’t consider myself a feminist, but, I’m not ‘that’ into the International Women’s Day on a ‘literal’ way... I do love to be a girl, tho, heels included. Please, don’t take me wrong.... I believe, that we should celebrate women every day, just as we should celebrate life and respect for ourselves and others no matter our gender nor sexual preferences, we should celebrate and praise our family and loved ones, our country... that’s also the reason I don’t ‘celebrate’ Valentines Day, and on Mother’s day I don’t give my mother a blender. We should have this day (and everyday) to think about all the injustices, discrimination, verbal and physical violence people suffer around the world because of gender, this is what really deserves our attention. So, happy 365 days, women... Have a lovely year! With love, Gina No me considero feminista, tampoco me cuelgo el estandarte de defensora mundial de los derechos de la mujer... me encanta ser mujer, eso sí, con tacón incluido y todo...
I'll Meet You On The Other Side
And now I have “short” hair (I’m such a Drama Queen, I know...), so I’m trying new hairstyles and looks. The Maison Martin Margiela and H&M Jacket inspired this look, included the hair and lipstick; it's something out of my safe zone but I actually like the look a lot and I feel quite comfortable with it! I love to try new styles, the possibilities are infinite and it’s fun and enriching to do it ¿don’t you think? ¿no creen? Con cariño, Gina The Outfit: Jeans: J. Br...
Shoe Of The Week: Valentino Booties
It has been a long time since the last "shoe of the week" post ... I’m sorry about the massive delay regarding my shoe crushes. I present you my new Valentino booties, I found them on Las Vegas last weekend. Of course it was love at first sight... just look at them, they are per-fect. I particularly like Valentino shoes, they have things of both worlds: they are very comfortable and beautiful at the same time. This brand has one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever tried, like I can walk on Valentino shoes for miles and miles without complaining, their mold is really good and the quality over de top; it’s nice to have comfy and nice shoes at the same time (for a change). The cut out roses are -of course- the statement on these shoes, I mean the leather work is breathtaking. Have a great week sweeties! With love, Gina Ha pasado bastante tiempo desde el último " shoe of the week post "... Siento mucho el abandono respecto a este tema. Les presento mis nuevos boti...
