Hey, hey! What’s up? Well I’m starting this week with a full agenda... actually I just came from a shooting; I made the styling for an editorial of a magazine called Style Kids, it was a new experience because I usually work with adults. I was a little bit scared and last week was ‘almost’ all about preparing today’s session. At the end, I had a blast with the kids and everything turned out very well, kids are so much fun... it’s quite refreshing to work with them. I believe that clothes -and of course shoes and accessories- are an investment. If you know how to shop and how to add “basic” items to your closet, you can save a lot of money and own quality pieces that will last for more than a decade. For example, I’ve own this jumpsuit for almost five years now. I remember very well the date because I bought it on my honey moon (yes! I’m happily married… I think I’ve never stated that on the blog). I found it on an independent store in an outlet near Miami. A jumpsuit might not be considered as a basic, but for me it has been my spring/summer essential for the past years; with the right accessories I can make it look trendy and cool just as if it was brand new. My advice is to shop carefully –not in a rush or by impulse- to take a close look at the fabrics, the seams and structure of the piece. I personally tend to buy better pieces when I’m by myself, but I know that many people need a shopping pal to take the fina...
