My plans for this weekend are very ‘simple’ they consist on resting, relaxing, taking a break and spending some quality time with my family. Sometimes it’s good to take a break and 'stop to smell the roses’. Yesterday I started with my ‘detox’ weekend with a nice massage and a lovely dinner with my boyfriend. Today I’m just hitting the gym and taking my dogs for a walk... it’s very funny how the ‘simple’ and easy things sometimes are the hardest to achieve, for me it’s really difficult to disconnect from work for example.
