'Be happy, relax and enjoy the road... '  I just overheard this quote on a TV show... The show talked about people in Jamaica that love to run. I liked the phrase and I believe it applies perfectly to life. Actually I will apply it myself because lately I’m feeling very tired and I am suffering from gastritis... The doctor asked  me not to drink coffee, nor eat chili candies, nor soda and cheese... sounds like fun right? (who knows me, knows that these four are one of my favorite things to ‘eat’ in life) So, on the good side I’m on a sort of ‘detox’ diet, drinking a lot of water and eating very healthy... There are always two sides to every story...
