Today is International Breast Cancer Day; breast cancer is considered the most common cancer in women worldwide. Most of the times the disease is fatal because it’s detected at a late stage; reason why we should explore our bodies starting at the age of 20 and be aware of detecting possible tumors on time. Last week, I received an invitation by Privalia and Cim*ab Foundation to discuss the disease, listen to testimonials and help them support the cause. My fellow blogger friends - Paty, Belen, Moni, Dany, Pris and Marie Claire - and I decided to sum up, so we made a little shooting were we put aside the shame and show our -best- cleavage for a good cause. Last Thursday Privalia invited Mexican fashion bloggers to a night out at the lovely bar and tea room Celeste House . The dress code was black and white so I decided to wear my stripped black and white DVF dress and my precious Dolce and Gabbana Fall 2009 Face Wedges (one of my favorite pairs, I wear them only at special occasions). We spent an incredible night; cocktails, macarons and sweet treats were given at the celebration. We enjoyed a great night; I love to meet with other bloggers because we have tons of topics to talk about. The night went flying by and although I had the worst cold ever (which meant no cocktails for me) I had a wonderful time. Thank you Privalia for pampering us that much!
