Last week I was invited by Swarovski to the premiere of the new 007 movie: SkyFall. Before the premiere we visited one of the Swarovski stores to appreciate the new collections of the brand regarding the Bond theme: Skyfall and 50 years of 007. The British-born jewelry designer Stephen Webster created a very complete and exciting collection totally inspired on the movie.
Many pieces of the Skyfall collection are seen on the film and many more are inspired in previous ones. My favorite pieces are the golden guns (inspired in the Man With The Golden Gun movie) and the Skyfall Love Knot bangle and pendants worn by the bond girl Severine. The movie is really great, actually it’s at the theaters by now so I highly recommend it!
I wore a navy peplum dress that I bought at Topshop, I’m a little bit into peplum these days; if you know how to wear this trend is very flattering because it emulates a tinny waist and gives a very lady like look: winning combo girls!

La semana pasada me invitaron a la premiere de la nueva pelicula de 007: SkyFall. Antes de la premiere visitamos una de las tiendas de Swarovski para apreciar las nuevas colecciones de la marca alusivas al tema Bond: SkyFall y 50 years of 007. El diseñador de joyas inglés Stephen Webster creo una colección muy completa e interesante totalmente inspirada en la película.
Muchas de las piezas de la colección SkyFall se pueden ver en la película y las otras fueron inspiradas en filmes anteriores. Mis piezas favoritas son las pistolas doradas (alusivas a la película The Man With The Golden Gun) y la pulsera y aretes Love Knot, que de hecho los usa la bond girl Severine en SkyFall. La película me encantó, de hecho ya está en los cines así que se las recomiendo ampliamente.
Para este evento decidí usar un vestido con peplum en color azul marino que compré en TopShop. Siento que últimamente me gusta mucho el peplum; me parece que si sabes usar esta tendencia es muy favorecedora porque emula una pequeña cintura y da un look muy femenino ¡combo ganador niñas!
