Tested and proven: Clothing, shoes and accessories have a positive (or negative) effect on us... the right outfit makes us feel invincible, right? Many times it's because of the color, the tailoring or flattering shape, or just because it makes us feel happy... it generates positive feelings on our mood and in consequence we feel great! the lesson here is quite simple: do not leave your house without feeling spectacular, believe me, it’s life changing.

PS. If you are not a morning person (as myself) and you tend to be stressed and in a hurry every morning you can prepare your outfit the night before, it’s a great way to avoid anxiety and ravage.
Probado y comprobado: la ropa, zapatos y accesorios tienen un efecto positivo ( o negativo) en nosotros... ¿no les pasa que se ponen cierta prenda y se sienten invencibles? Muchas veces es por el color, por la forma o por lo que nos hace sentir... por los sentimientos que nos genera. La moraleja aquí es bastante sencilla y simple: no salgan de su casa si no se sienten espectaculares, créanme, les cambia la vida.
