I found this leather skirt at a Vintage store in New York... actually I’m not a ‘Vintage Store’ person, and not because I don’t like it... in fact, when I do so I tend to find spectacular items such as a pair of ‘recently acquired’ Sonia Rykiel -black- trousers. This skirt is ‘Gianni Versace’ (with the original tag and everything), I can’t explain you with words how smooth and soft the leather is, I don’t wanna sound like my mother but when you find pieces like this one it’s when you realize that 'they' don’t make things like they used to, not with that quality at least; it was love at first sight, it fitted me perfectly, and it was relatively cheap... a true gem.

Encontré esta falda de piel en una tienda Vintage en Nueva York... la verdad es que no soy mucho de comprar en estas tiendas, y no porque no me guste.... de hecho, cuando lo he hecho he encontrado prendas fantásticas como unos pantalones (negros) espectaculares de Sonia Rykiel. La falda es de ‘Gianni Versace’ (traía etiqueta original y todo), del piel y no les puedo explicar lo suave -al tacto- que es, no me quiero parecer a mi mamá pero cuando uno encuentra este tipo de prendas es cuando te das cuenta que las cosas ya no se hacen como antes, no con esa calidad de piel al menos; me enamoré de ella, me quedó pintada y me costó una 'ganga'... una verdadera joya.
