Fashion Month is over... but that doesn’t mean I’m over with the posts... in fact expect a lot of info from me!
During Milan Fashion Week I was backstage at the Blumarine Show. The hair was done by James Pecis, Lead Hair Stylist for Moroccanoil; a very cool and effortless look, created with three basic Moroccanoil products: Hydrating Styiling cream, Heat Styling Protection Spray and Volumizing Mousse. The beauty look had a ‘Rock n’ Roll’ vibe, ‘... the idea was to represent a girl with attitude yet polished and chic... the hair is refined but with texture’ James told me backstage ‘... we worked with the curler on the roots to the mids and we are blowing it out getting as much volume as possible... then running fingers through it to get the undone style...’ he added.
The makeup was done by MAC Cosmetics: fresh and glowy skin, paired with a smudge gray smoky eye; Tom Pecheux added a little bit of lip balm on the lids to give an ‘un done... not perfect vibe...’

El 'mes de la moda' llegó a su fin... pero eso no significa que ya terminé con los posts del tema... de hecho todavía tengo mucho que compartir con ustedes.
Mientras estaba en Milan estuve en el backstage del desfile de Blumarine. El pelo estuvo a cargo de James Pecis 'Lead Hair Stylist' para Moroccanoil un look desenfadado, creado con tres productos de Moroccanoil: Hydrating Styiling cream, Heat Styling Protection Spray y Volumizing Mousse. En general la idea era destacar un estilo rock n' rollero '.... queríamos representar una mujer con actitud, pero al mismo tiempo chic y refinada... el pelo lo lleva pulido pero con textura...' me comentó James en backstage "... trabajamos con la tenaza de raíz a medios, para después utilizar la secadora para crear mucho volumen... para finalizar paso mis dedos para separar el cabello y lograr el estilo desenfadado" concluyó.
El maquillaje estuvo a cargo de MAC Cosmetics: piel fresca, brillante y saludable con un brillo satinado, en conjunto con un ligero e imperfecto smoky eye en gris; Tom Pecheux añadió un poco de bálsamo en los párpados de labios para restarle formalidad y darle la vibra requerida de rock n' roll de actitud desenfadada.
